The Customer is Not Always Right

There is a website that I visit very often. I have a special affinity to it as a person in the Service industry and also as a sales person. A website that is a slap on the face of the person/persons who came up with the term “The Customer is Always Right”, because in reality, the customer is seldom right.

This website, gives real conversations between customers and service providers and it is a hoot. If I had found this website a few years earlier I would have used some of the anecdotes in my day to day sales activities. And there have been enough opportunities too.
