screen02This article has been posted using TBlogger. TBlogger allows you to post your blogs from your Windows Mobile phone while on the move. This is done using the XML RPC interface with WordPress. How much you can write is only limited by the comfort offered by the keyboard of your mobile device. I use an Imate Kjam and although I have a full qwerty keyboard, I don’t think that I will be able to write with any great speed on it. In fact I am now updating this article on my laptop. :-)

In spite of this restriction, I think that this is a great tool for me. I get blog ideas while on the road all the time. Not all of them make it to the website but atleast I will have a draft of the idea in my WordPress account when I log in next.

TBlogger installs easily and runs fast. The setup of the program is also pretty simple and standard. You do have to enable XML RPC publishing in your WordPress account before you can use this or it gives errors.

The one problem that I faced, well not so much a problem but an observation, was that when I posted using TBlogger, the post only showed up as a draft in my WordPress account. I will have to explore this more. All in all TBlogger works like a charm and I can see myself using it in the days to come.
